Stronger Foundation: We’ve incorporated proven methodology from Motivational Interviewing to guide the experience from start to finish, impacting participant buy-in and engagement throughout.

Directed Deliberations: In Phase 2 of the experience, our judge leads a more directed conversation that helps participants consider their own perspectives and those of others while moving toward a verdict.
