Program #1

DefEx Online | The Defamation Experience
Nossaman partnered with us to bring DefEx Online to their annual Diversity Day in 2020. Attorneys and staff were able to come together virtually during the Covid-19 pandemic for a shared human experience.

Program #2

Just Cause: The Experience
In 2021, we returned to Nossaman’s Diversity Day with Just Cause: The Experience, leading authentic conversation about the issues and events we’ve been seeing unfold from 2020 to today.

As Online events, several offices across the country were able to share in the experience and conversation about how these issues impact their work at Nossaman, but also their overall lives from their own experience and perspective.

Outcomes & Feedback

Partnering with Canamac Productions helped Nossaman facilitate awareness and continuing conversation about how issues like race, class, and power impact outcomes in the legal system, as well as each of us in our own lives.

The experience has real staying power, with participants still talking about these programs from Nossaman’s Diversity Day and recommending them to others.
